1. Eligibility for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate, sexual wellness, and personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, including but not limited to silicone condoms, sex toys, adult accessories, timing tablets, gels, and sealed wellness items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

A return or replacement request may only be considered if
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect product
• An item is missing from your order

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

3. Non Returnable Items

The following items are non returnable and non refundable
• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals or packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products returned without original packaging

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved after verification
• A replacement will be dispatched, or
• A refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders
• Unjustified refusal to accept delivery may result in order restrictions
• Repeated refusals may lead to account blocking

7. Discretion and Privacy

All orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging.
No adult or product related information is mentioned on the parcel.
